The ‘perfect physique’ is probably the most subjective term that I’ve come across!

A bodybuilder’s perfect physique would be that of a guy who has a good amount of muscle size, conditioning and sharpness; a fitness model’s perfect physique would be that of a guy with a good amount of symmetric muscles and sharpness and a Yogi’s idea of a perfect physique would be vastly different!

Everyone has a different perspective on what a perfect physique looks like.
For an overweight guy who is trying hard to lose 30 KGS, he probably wants to be in a position where he can eat anything he likes!

For a skinny guy, it’s just making sure that his arms are filling his T-shirt sleeve completely; that’s his idea of perfect.

A perfect body is an illusion.

A perfect body is the one that can make you feel happy to be yourself.

If you try too hard to look like someone else, you’ll realize you’re just trying to be someone else rather than yourself.

Accept your body type, accept your weaknesses and try to figure out what suits your bodily needs the best. And once you have that figured out, try your best to achieve the goal you have in mind. But most importantly, figure out what you want and balance those wants with your limitations to strike the right balance.

Here I am, after 6-7 years of trying everything there is.

I am an athlete and I love to look like one.

Accepting that I cannot look like someone whose body I so dearly adored was a process. But eventually, it’s getting easier to cope.

Everybody is different.

Respect your body, understand it and love it.

Remember, your good can be someone else’s best.

Don’t try to be someone else, be yourself and keep working on who you want to be in body and mind both!
